Before meeting Henry, I had looked at properties with a few brokers, none of whom I felt really listened to or appreciated what I was looking for, or my needs. Henry took the time before ever meeting me in person, to get to know me and get an idea of what I was in the market for; then he scheduled an efficient day of looking at a variety of properties, all of which were in my price range. He never tried the old "bait and switch" routine with me, and was honest about which properties he thought I might like, and which he thought were good values. He explained to me later, that he wanted me to get a sampling of the universe of properties available to me in my price range, so I could truly decide what I wanted and what I liked, and on which items I was willing to compromise if I couldn't get 100% of what I wanted. His approach made sense, and he never wasted my time. When the property I made an offer on didn't pan out, Henry assured me that something better was around the corner and, sure enough, it was. In the end, I got the best place for me, at a price less than what I originally thought I might spend, and it all worked out for the best. To this day, I consider Henry a friend, who has wisely counseled me on what to do next, if anything, in this interesting real estate market! Henry is a straight-shooter, not easy to find in a sales industry. I cannot say enough good things about Henry, and would never hesitate to recommend his services to anyone.
